To assist our customers get the best results from their vaccines, their equipment and labour

To assist our customers get the best results from their vaccines, their equipment and labour; we introduced in 2009 the Ceva Hatchery Immunisation Control Keys Program, or simply the C.H.I.C.K. Program. It is a complete service package to improve quality of day old chicks and In Ovo vaccination.

  • We help manage the vaccination program so our customers spend more time on their priorities
  • We work on improving the quality of vaccination and on achieving good quality chicks
  • We ensure the equipment is in sound working condition
  • We train our customer staff in good vaccination procedures

Unlike farm vaccination, it offers a number of benefits as vaccination program can be simplified and quality guaranteed.

These demands require a high level of expertise, staff training and end-to-end process monitoring. In response, Ceva created the C.H.I.C.K. Program to accompany hatchery professionals in five ways:

Our Hatchery Service teams will visit your operation on a pre-agreed basis and conduct a number of tests and measures according to the CHICK program procedures. Their objective is to work in partnership with the hatchery teams to improve the quality of vaccination. This includes a dedicated In Ovo equipment service program.

C.H.I.C.K. Program receives the 1st independently audited quality recognition

For the first time, an AH company services program receives internationally recognized quality approval from Bureau Veritas.

Paris, 3rd November, 2016. Ceva Santé Animale is proud to announce that for the first time , a services program delivered by an animal health company has received internationally recognised, Quality approval. Our C.H.I.C.K. Program, received Quality recognition from the international testing and certification company , Bureau Veritas Group, based in Paris, France.
